D.El.Ed is the acronym for Basic School Teaching Course. The competitive examination is conducted at the state level by the Directorate of Elementary Education. Rajasthan Basic School Teaching Course (BSTC) is conducted for admission of eligible candidates in D.El.Ed (General/Sanskrit) programme. Interested candidates can apply for Rajasthan BSTC Admission 2022 and detailed details about the exam are given below:
D.El.Ed. in various teacher training institutes operating in the state of Rajasthan. General / Sanskrit Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) Pre D.L.Ed. to be conducted for admission to General / Sanskrit course. Online application forms will be invited from eligible candidates according to the provisions and norms set by the State Government and NCTE for the examination (Entrance Test) (Rajasthan Pre BSTC 2022 Notification).
BSTC 2022 Apply Online Important Dates
The online applications for BSTC 2022 will start from 19th August and the last date for online application is 31st August 2022. Its examination will be conducted in September 2022. The date of online application and examination will be issued on the official website of BSTC whose information will be made available in this post.

- There will be a total of 200 questions in the BSTC paper
- Each question is of 3 marks and the total of the question paper is 600 marks.
- BSTC question paper will be divided into four parts and each part will have 50 questions
- All questions in the exam will be multiple choice
- Students have to answer the correct question on the OMR sheet by marking the option given in front of that question with blue/black pen.
- There is no provision of negative marking in BSTC Entrance Exam 2022.
In BSTC exam, 50 questions will be asked from Mental Ability subject, 50 questions will be asked from Teaching Ability subject, 20 questions will be asked from English subject, while 30 questions will be asked from Hindi or Sanskrit subject. This exam will be conducted by offline mode. Rajasthan BSTC exam will be conducted at the state level. The question numbers for both BSTC General and BSTC Sanskrit are same. In this exam, all the questions will be asked from the candidates with multiple choice. The exam will have three parts consisting of Hindi, Sanskrit and English. The English part will have to be solved by all the candidates. Candidates have to solve one from both Hindi and Sanskrit.
BSTC 2022 Educational Qualification
According to NCTE D.L.Ed. The minimum percentage of marks in the Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination for admission to the course is as follows-

Age Limit for Rajasthan BSTC Exam
Not exceeding 28 years as on 1st July 2022. Relaxation in upper age limit will be given to special categories as per rules. Detailed information will be given in the notification.
